Another Reason to Increase Mass Transit

The most likely source of microplastics in California's coastal waters is car tires. So not only do we waste gobs of time sitting in traffic, generating exhaust, but we are also creating microplastics. Isn't it time to up our game on mass transit? Kansas City appears to be trying to do it's part - free mass transit!
